The customer can then choose one of the payment methods that you’ve provided. You can choose which payment methods you want to offer.

After ordering, your customers will receive an email or SMS (if you have chosen this option) with information about the status of the order. Each message will contain a link where customers can check the delivery time and status.

In order to launch your new online delivery business, you should add at least one product to your menu. It can be done simply with a click of a button.

In the beginning, just specify a product name and write an attractive description. If you want, you can give your clients more information about ingredients and allergens included in your product.

After that, you can make some customizations and let your clients choose variations of a product and some addons. Be aware that all product variations are not price related. You can let your clients choose a type of sauce in a salad or,for example, a type of crust in case of pizza.

You can go further and group your addons by categories with the use of our Combo feature.

Later, you will need to define a price for your product. It can be just a single price or multiple price option. You can use multiple prices if you have, for example, different sizes of the same product.

Our platform gives you a straightforward and effective delivery control system. Deliveries can be carried out either through personal pickup, delivery to a specific address or directly to the table at your retaurant.

Anyone browsing your offer page can quickly and easily check whether you deliver to their place.

Delivery strategies can be freely configured by choosing from one of three options. You can set free or single price delivery for your clients or choose a more advanced way.

If you want to set different delivery prices, you can define rates, for example, based on postal codes or cities.

You also can define prices based on areas selected on a map. Select areas, for example, inside one city and define different rates for them. This allows you to strategically target certain locations.

After an order, your customers will receive an automatic notification about the status of their order. By clicking on a special link, sent by email or text message, they will have access to the order status and other information. This user experinece is very important in a delivery process and will increase the likelihood of future orders.

You have a wide choice of payment methods that you can provide to your customers including payment by cash, card upon delivery and different online payment methods: Paypal, Square, Paylane, Dotpay, Stripe, Przelewy24.

Our system supports different options for promotion. You can create promotional codes and pass them to clients in your marketing activities. Customers then can use this code when placing an order.

Clients will receive a discount on the terms you specified when creating a promotion. They will see the discount in their basket in an accessible and visible form.

Creating a promotion is very simple but also very customisable. You can specify the name of the code and whether it will apply to the entire order or a specific product

You can then define whether the code can be used once or several times, and whether it has an upper limit or can be reused. Each promotion can be calculated by an amount or percentage and be limited to a certain order size.

Your clients can also benefit from our 'Deals' feature which allows to configure an automatic discount based on a cart value.

Thanks to the affiliate program integrated to our system, you can include other entities in the promotion of your restaurant. By adding a partner, you generate a special link that can be passed to potential cutomers by your partners.

Our system counts the number of customers and calculates the commission on completed orders. By adding an affiliate link, you can define the commission value and the time for the commission arrangements to remain in force. After the indicated time, commissions will no longer be charged.

Our system allows you to print an order summary. This can help you to manage the process of order preparation and delivery. You can print a summary of an order from the order card in a web version or from our mobile application

You can print two types of documents: summary and voucher

Order summary is a single-page summary with all important information about an order. If you need something more sophisticated you can print an order voucher. Order voucher is mostly used in the kitchen, but it can be also used as a sticker to the box when you're using a pick-up or table delivery.

In integrations section, you can find an API which allows you to connect any external system with ORD and vice versa.

You can use it and exchange information about products, orders, payment methods and more between 2 or more systems.

In order to get access to API, simply go to integrations section and find your unique API key together with all necessary documentation for that.

Change the colors of your ordering website and make them alligned with your corporate brand and colors.

Our system is very flexible and we invite you to be really creative in terms of choosing colors and design for your online restaurant and remember that you can always go back to default colors.

Our system allows you to work in private mode. Every customer who wants to take advantage of your offer will have to register with your restaurant first.

Customers will have access to your offer after obtaining the appropriate verification.
